Our Idea
Back in highschool, all three of us enjoyed numerous soccer options - we could play for our school, we could play travel, we could play in the town recreactional league, or we could join a private league. When we graduated from highschool, however, we found to our dismay that our options were limited to playing for college (too much time) or playing in a men's league (too much money).
Sure we can gather a few friends and kick a ball around. We might even get enough now and then for a pick up game. But it's not the same. All of us miss the organized but friendly competition of recreational soccer. We are all pursuing our careers, and we cannot spend large amounts of money or devote our entire life to soccer. We just want to play a friendly, organized, competive game like we used to when we were kids. And we're betting we aren't the only ones...
This league was the idea that sprung from that desire. We hope to collect a group of similarly displaced soccer players who need a relaxed, affordable option that still retains the organization and competitive atmosphere that makes the game fun.
